Terms and Conditions for Pizza Paradize

Welcome to Pizza Paradize! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Pizza Paradize mobile application.

By accessing this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Pizza Paradize if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Use of the App

1.1 License to Use: Pizza Paradize grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, specifically for browsing our menu and placing food orders.

1.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree strictly not to engage in any of the following activities:

Fake or Prank Orders: Placing orders with no intention of accepting or paying for them. This causes financial loss to the restaurant.
Device Security: Using the App on a rooted device, emulator, or any device with a compromised operating system that bypasses standard security protocols.
Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the App's source code or security features.
Commercial Misuse: Using the App to scrape pricing data, copy our menu for a competitor, or resell any food items purchased through the App.
Disruption: Interfering with the App’s operation, including overwhelming our backend infrastructure or attempting to bypass our authentication systems.

2. User Accounts

To place an order, you will need to provide details such as your name, phone number, and delivery address. You are free to use any name or nickname you prefer. However, to ensure that your food reaches you without issues, you agree to provide an accurate phone number and delivery address. Providing correct details is for your own benefit, as it prevents missed deliveries or unnecessary delays.

Important Data Retention Policy: Your account is linked to this specific installation and session, so uninstalling the App or logging out results in the permanent loss of your access to your orders (both active and delivered). Please do not uninstall the App or log out while an order is active; even if you reinstall or log back in immediately, you will not be able to view or track the order you placed. In case of accidental uninstallation or logout, please contact the restaurant directly. Additionally, for storage efficiency, only those orders which have been delivered for more than 24 hours will automatically disappear from the order history.

3. Orders and Payments

Ordering: By placing an order, you confirm that you are responsible for the purchase and legally allowed to do so.
Payment: We currently accept Cash on Delivery. You may also make UPI payments directly to the delivery staff upon arrival.
Pricing: Food prices may change at any time, but you will always pay the price shown at the moment you confirm your order.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pizza Paradize shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will do so by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on this website. Additionally, we will notify you of any updates directly within the App, and you will be required to accept the new Terms and Conditions to continue using the App.
